MANAGEMENT TRAINING

As a new manager with the Ninety Nine Restaurant, you will be placed in one of our Certified Training Stores for 10 weeks, where you will be given training tailored to your needs. We treat every new manager as an individual. In a company that "Treats People Right" you are given time to learn at your own pace with one-on-one attention in an environment where training comes first. With a combination of "Hands On" and "Role Play" training, you will learn how to be successful here at the Ninety Nine Restaurant!

Even after you finish your initial 10 weeks of training it's not over. At the Ninety Nine Restaurant, we want you to constantly grow both personally and professionally. We continue your training with Management Projects that will get you involved in the business side of the restaurant industry. We also offer our STEPAbove Leadership Development Series to help educate you more about the people side of the business. We want you to be part of our family for a long time and want you to know that you have found a place where you can reach your potential!

HOURLY TRAINING

From your initial Orientation to the time you complete your training, you will be taught every aspect of your job. The Management Team, along with the Certified Trainers, will put you through an extensive training program designed to teach you not only the mechanics of the job, but the culture of the company as well. We know that the success of our company depends on your success!
