The Ninety Nine Restaurant Announces Results of Third
Annual Springtime Raffle

$50,000 Raffle Proceeds Benefit Boston’s Pine Street Inn; Locals Win Big
with $2,500 Travel Voucher, Monster Seat Red Sox Tickets and $99 Gift Cards to the Ninety Nine Restaurant

Woburn, Mass. – April XX, 2007 – The Ninety Nine Restaurant announces the results of the “Have a Heart” raffle, which set out to raise funds for the Pine Street Inn, New England’s largest resource for homeless men and women. The raffle, which was held from February 5-18, 2007 in 49 Eastern Massachusetts restaurant locations, raised an unprecedented $50,000 for Pine Street Inn. Guests purchased tickets for $2.00 each or three tickets for $5.00.

“The dedication and hard work of our team members is what enabled this raffle to be such an overwhelming success,” said John Grady, Ninety Nine President. “We’re proud to make this donation to an organization that is really making a difference like the Pine Street Inn.”

This year marks the 27th year that Ninety Nine has been involved with the Pine Street Inn. During this time, Ninety Nine has raised $2.7 million with the generosity and help of its guests and team members.

“Pine Street Inn is thrilled with the remarkable success of this year’s raffle, which continues a long tradition of loyal service to our guests and tenants” said Lyndia Downie, Pine Street Inn President and Executive Director.  “Ninety Nine Restaurants far exceeded the results of last year’s raffle. We are extremely grateful to the management and staff for their ongoing commitment to those who turn to us for help.”
