Ninety Nine Restaurant Debuts in Franklin, MA with a Brand New Prototype

Ninety Nine Celebrates Opening of a New Prototype Restaurant with a Donation to the Boys & Girls Club and Public School System

Franklin, MA (April 18, 2007) — Ninety Nine Restaurant, a casual restaurant with 114 locations throughout the six New England states, New York and Pennsylvania, celebrates the grand opening of its new prototype restaurant in Franklin, MA. Located at 847 West Central Street in Franklin, MA, the Ninety Nine Restaurant will open its doors to the public on Monday, April 30th at 4:00 p.m.

The Franklin Ninety Nine will be the first new prototype restaurant to open its doors, and with that comes a new layout, refreshed décor and the latest and greatest restaurant equipment. The new layout will feature a bar that is separate from the dining room and a larger waiting area. “After listening to our guests we needed to contemporize our look and feel,” said Ninety Nine president John Grady. “We look forward to offering this refreshing new ambience to the people of Franklin and its surrounding communities.”

The restaurant’s new style will also feature a brighter, warmer and more comfortable atmosphere, with brightly-colored upholstered booths and new tables, movable bar stools, carpeting in the dining room, new china, new uniforms, more modern lighting and new flat screen televisions.

As part of the décor, the restaurant’s new look features “Ninety Nine Reasons” to eat at the Ninety Nine Restaurant.  Some of the reasons are concrete, and some are tongue and cheek. There are also pictures of the local high school sporting teams from the 80’s and 90’s. One of the most visible changes to guests is the new logo, which features a softer and more contemporary rendering of the famous horseshoe.

The new Ninety Nine in Franklin will offer the same great food and drink that they are known for as well as exciting new menu options, including Cedar Plank Salmon, Filet Mignon, Baja Crab Cakes and Fire-Grilled Ribeye. The Ninety Nine recently expanded its offerings this season with 16 new appetizer, entrée, dessert and cocktail options.

In addition to providing great food and great drink at a terrific price, the Ninety Nine also has a passion to serve the local community. Each Ninety Nine Restaurant has a relationship at the local level with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, the oldest and largest organization that has a primary mission of service to youth, and the public school system in the community. On April 30th, the Ninety Nine will present Bruce Paterson, Executive Director of the Blackstone Valley Boys and Girls Club, and Wayne Ogden, Superintendent of Franklin public schools, each with a check for $1,000.

“We are passionate about giving back to the community in whatever way we can. We fully back the Boys & Girls Club’s mission and the Franklin public schools, and are honored to collaborate with these two wonderful organizations,” said Paul Panarelli, General Managing Partner of the Franklin Ninety Nine.
