Our founder, Charlie Doe, set out to build more than just a restaurant. He wanted to create a place locals could count on. A place where they could walk in anytime, feel comfortable, enjoy honest food at a fair price, and be treated right.
That idea shaped the culture of the Ninety Nine long before it was ever written down. It still comes through today in how we welcome our guests, support our team, and stay connected to the communities we serve.
